      Pros

Higher than average pay, good benefits. Company as a whole is the real deal - they stand by their values. Safety is important to them.

      Cons

Long hours, staff spread too thin, depending on location, teamwork and cooperation is varied.. In several oppressed areas, many promises are made, yet few ever come about. While parent company is serious about their values, local facilities vary depending on personalities of upper management... In many instances it is a matter of putting on appearances.. Talk a good game but are inconsistent with supporting their management team... If you have a strong sense of self worth you can survive the badly run facilities. Work in a good facility and you are guaranteed to move up through the ranks quickly. Poor work and life balance unless you are upper management.. You must have a flexible schedule and understanding family to work this type of industry.

Good Benefits, But No Life Working Here

Aug 11, 2014 - Maintenance Mechanic in Fort Worth, TX

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Benefits, pay starts out high, free bread and doughnuts

      Cons

Long hours, no vacation until a year of working and you only get 1 week, no sick days, point system, They are always cutting people and we are constantly short handed. I do not recommend you work here if u tend to miss days occasionally or want to enjoy your life for that matter. There also is no growth there some people have been their for 17 years and haven't even moved up in anyway shape or form.
