    Pros

Hardworking, dedicated, top-notch employees Never missed a paycheck

    Cons

Major reorganizations happen every 2-3 years resulting in downsizing, eliminating experienced associates, and leaving holes in processes that no one understands. Those remaining are left with ever-increasing workloads and no work-life balance. Message is clear-- it's your own fault for not working smarter. Discussing situation results in lower evaluation, but not to worry--pay increase is is 2% for exceeding expectations, but only 2% for meeting expectations, or 2% for not meeting expectations. Questions about your review and how to do better? "I'm just the messenger." Training is poor to non-existent-- due in part to the fact not enough people are left at the company who know how to do the job. Ask your direct manager-- get one answer, ask his/her manager-- get a different one. Problem is no one knows. Policies/procedures for some areas, but with headcount reductions and reorganizations, many are impossible to follow resulting in inconsistency, and no one knowing what to do, and many are pretty much universally ignored. Constant battery of emails about diversity and inclusion, but no execution.

    Pros

None unless you don’t like work life balance

    Cons

Racist upper management. Unless you are a fluent Spanish speaker or white you have no hope at Bimbo for growth unless you aspire only to be a lead (Foreperson).
