I worked at Binary Strategy part-time

    Pros

I feel the best reasons to work at Binary Strategy are to be close with a group of people all trying to achieve something special. It's unlike other places I've worked in the past where everyone is just trying to punch the clock and take off.

At Binary Strategy, it felt like everyone was working in sympatico, every single day, trying to make the software better. There were over 20 traders, analysts and coders hard at work while I was with the company.

They laid a bunch of us off because they didn't need that many people anymore, but they did keep all of the senior staff to make sure they could keep up to date with current market conditions.

    Cons

Didn't last, wanted to stay longer.

    Working towards one goal
Leading the market #1 binary options signal provider
    Being part of something special

    Cons

Long hours can be an issue

I worked at Binary Strategy as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I joined the Binary Strategy group to make the signals compatible with all brokers. This is now the case, and Binary Strategy can be used on both Forex or binary options brokers. It works flawlessly with both.

The team was very nice, and helped me achieve my goal over a short period of time.
They paid me well and treated me with respect.
The product itself is top of the line, and deserving of the praise it gets.
I'm happy to have contributed to this.

    Cons

Didn't retain my contract once the work was completed.

I have been working at Binary Strategy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working with Binary Strategy for 5 months now. I was brought on to sustain their winning ways, and use my expertise in the markets to take them to new levels.

-Given the freedom to implement aspects of my trading approach into the strategy.
-Working with professionals that know how to achieve goals.
-Working with reliable teammates when possible.
-Building the foundation for something great.
-Working with the market leader in binary options signals.

    Cons

-Slow in implementing updates, want everything to be perfect before the public sees it (pro and con)

I have been working at Binary Strategy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've worked with over 15 signal providers in the binary options market, and none of them had the correct approach or foundation, until I started working with Binary Strategy.

Most systems are focused solely on acquiring clients, where binary strategy is actually trying to win trades, and gain clients via word of mouth through their successes.

I helped them every step of the way, and I continue to work with their strategists to make the signals better.

    Cons

I have no cons to report today.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I have been working at Binary Strategy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are many pros, but the main aspect that I'm most happy with is the development of personal strategy. Most companies I work with in the past haven't given me the same amount of rope that I get with Binary Strategy.

This company provides a short guideline, and then allows me to built and develop upon the current strategy/framework to make something better. I have used many different trading approaches, and so the fact that I'm trusted and able to push forward this project is music to my ears.

Also, I set my own hours, I manage a group of talented individuals, and I learn every day.

    Cons

Lots of meetings, and sometimes there are arguments on direction of the project.

    Could use more resources.

    Advice to Management

No real advice at this point.

I have been working at Binary Strategy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The best part of working at Binary Strategy is that it allows me to showcase all of my talents.

    -Coding
    -Trading
    -Analysis
    -Historical Testing

As the lead developer, I handle a team of three. So I am in charge of two binary options traders, and one coder. Working with this team has helped me grow as a trader, and as a person. Even though we all work remotely, we have daily meetings where we review the Binary Strategy code, and try to find any issues / errors.

Working on this project has been a blessing, as it gives me lots of free time, but challenges me in ways other jobs didn't.

I also like the amount of control I have over the project, and believe that my vision is well received by all of the team members.

    Cons

I do miss the face to face environments I worked on in the past. While we will often video chat, it's just not the same dynamic, so it can be a little lonely.

There are times where management forces long hours.

There are times when the expectations are too high.

    Advice to Management

Consider hiring another coder, so that our main coder isn't always swamped with binary market updates.
