I worked at Binder and Binder full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers. Predictable nine to five schedule. Should you get the chance, Charles Binder is a pleasure to work with.

    Cons

Emphasizing quantity over quality in signing up clients ensures a plethora of unwinnable cases. Learning takes place mostly on your own initiative.

    Advice to Management

More training opportunities would be nice. Replace the in-house "union" with a proper organization. Unplug the time clock; nobody likes that thing.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Binder and Binder (More than a year)

    Pros

Some management display concern for employees.

    Cons

Reactive and not proactive management style. Local management was awesome, the company wide policies were more reflective of a sweat shop mentality.

    Advice to Management

People aren't trying to rip you off. Treat employees with respect and evolve your management style to the new century.
