  • If you're a caseworker, infocall, or any other entry level position, there are no pros (in 3 reviews)

  • the pay sucks, inside joke to me, they offer health insurance, but don't pay you enough to actually afford it (in 5 reviews)

  • Not a good time to be in Social Security and certainly not with a company that has filed for BK (in 5 reviews)

    I worked at Binder and Binder (More than a year)


    Some management display concern for employees.


    Reactive and not proactive management style. Local management was awesome, the company wide policies were more reflective of a sweat shop mentality.

    Advice to Management

    People aren't trying to rip you off. Treat employees with respect and evolve your management style to the new century.
