New Hire - Best Decision
Jan 11, 2023 - Financial Analyst in Memphis, TNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company has so many long term employees, really shows how much people enjoy being employed there. I know of at least 15 people that have been with the company over 10 years, and an additional handful over 20 years. They’re very open and encouraging to improving things if there is a better way the meets all safety requirements.
Cons
No training tracker as far as progress vs expectations.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Do everything safely, not pushing to get things done fast.
Cons
Seeing things not probably done in management. Corporate could really know those things but will probably never know. If I let the manager know my opinion she would probably want to get rid of me. I was a manager of another glass shop for 10 years. And the one before that I assisted in managing for many years.

management is unrealistic
May 24, 2022 - Project Manager in Independence, MORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Mostly good people to work with. Benefits are offered.
Cons
Benefits are not great. Dept managers are good, upper management is not realistic. No matter what they say, their actions show that you are expendable.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Some benefits but they are not great
Cons
Expect you to use your own vehicle and do not offer a gas card or gas reimbursement it's out of pocket you end up spending 80% of your check on gas to install the glass.
