Pros

Cons
CONS No place to grow, your chances of growing are directly connected to how much leadership likes you, it doesn't matter your work ethics, efficiency or even how you treat or mistreat coworkers, all that matters is if you are liked by the right people. People are not well compensated, but keeping appearances is very important for the company, so fancy offices and furniture to show off on social media. Still, the people working there seem to get no credit. They will always find excuses to increase salaries or to promote people. There is so much pressure from people above that people tend to become micromanagers and this creates a toxic environment. They have people in management positions who have no idea how we do what we do, so that they will commit to crazy things at crazy times. The pipeline can be very limiting to skill set development. There is no real investment in growth, and many things are limited by the IT team, who is abroad, so it doesn't work for support in the NYC offices. This place looks great, but really don't judge a book by its cover because it can leave you defeated.

Despite the availability of flexi-hours to accommodate outside office hour calls with overseas clients, this requirement can still pose a challenge for client-facing staff.
