    Pros

Great hours good benefits health,dental,401k vacation time roll overs that's All

    Cons

Management has to much favoritism. Racism is strongly present in the PSC's anywhere south Florida so be aware. If your not Spanish you will go over looked and talked about . Phlebs have a constant high school attitude always gossip and back stabbing, lying and set ups, my advice ride it till the rides over and be thankful to make ends meet with a yearly .31¢ raise for the stress.

First thing pay attention to the patient service centers, as they are your money makers. Listen to your employees we can make or break the company as we are the face of the company , treat everyone EQUALLY and everything should fall into place
