I have been working at Bio-Reference Labs full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

BioReference offers great benefits, and they have been improving since I have been here. The work environment is OK, but it definitely could be a lot worse. Management at BioReference definitely wants you to succeed and will give you the help you need to do so. There are also a lot of great people at BioReference.

    Cons

Poor communication is definitely evident here. The workload between employees is also imbalanced and it seems to be a recurring issue. The workload can also be very stressful at times.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees and the problems they bring up to you. Try to make it a point to ask if there are any issues that should be tended to, because it sometimes feels like an inconvenience to them when issues are brought up without being asked. Pay more attention to methods or systems that seem to work more efficiently. Above all, just try to maintain a better line of communication with your employees.

Great place to start Med Tech jobs for entry level seekers. If you're willing to learn the laboratory tests then this is a great start. They will teach you and train you until you are competent.

    Cons

Tough schedule, sometimes stressful due to high volume. Depending on who you work under.

    Advice to Management

Management is seemingly much better than other medical diagnostics companies
