Pros
Great benefits also everyone in the lab is very friendly. Everyone has their own groups and we treat each other’s like family.
Cons
Pay rate is low for the amount of responsibility you take in. No room for growth within the company. They prefer to hire outsider instead one of their owns.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Bio-Reference Labs full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Good insurance benefits and nobody breathing down your neck all day.
Cons
The supervisors have no idea what they're doing. If your not one of their "favs" or in their clique, you tend not to matter. They hire people who either can't read, write, speak and understand english or they hire young women who are obviously products of their environments and it shows. The supervisors have no best interest in helping anyone excel because their to busy stabbing each other in the back. NO ROOM FOR GROWTH and/or ADVANCEMENT!! They fail to realize they only reason they have their jobs are because of the good phlebs doing a good enough job to keep client accounts open. They won't pay us the money some of us deserve.

Pros

Cons
Unprofessional Management in Revenue Cycle Department...Not All ..But One Very Unprofessional Manager. Favoritism, Racism, Refers To Employees As "Workers", Not Knowledgeable about the software system, constantly "passes the buck", Talks Down To Employees & Discusses Their Personal Business With Everyone, No Room For Growth, Dishonest & Unorganized! Very Cut Throat

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Bio-Reference Labs
Pros
Lab is very flexile great for vacations as you get 3 weeks vacation after 2 years of employment pay is ok not the best
Cons
There isn't much room for growth. Most techs leave after a year or two. It's either find a new job or be stuck on the bench with little to no raise for years

Doesn't RecommendNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Bio-Reference Labs full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
Great medical benefits and somewhat flexible hours that's about it.
Cons
Unless you kiss butt there is no room for growth. Pay is horrible. You are watched as if your child. Lots of favoritism. Not a equal opportunity work environment. Constant change but unless you're management you won't be notified. Horrible communication between management and employees. Employees coming into the department with no experience are getting paid the same as or more than employees that have been there for years.
