    I worked at BioReliance full-time

    Pros

Work was interesting at first, but the science was overshadowed by internal lab group tensions. Co-workers outside of the same lab group were mostly nice.

    Cons

HR does basically nothing about bullying. Massive egos on some staff who have been at the company for a long time. Pay is on the lower end of average for the industry and area.

    I worked at BioReliance

    Pros

Made some great friends that i still have to this day. The company always had activities. Overall great place.

    Cons

Pay, pay, pay. That's really the only downside. Maybe for a person fresh out of college or with no degree, but for those with experience and hold degrees, the pay is far too low.
