    Pros

It appears the groundswell of negative comments has finally got the attention of senior management. But what's missing is the hard evidence of steps being taken to put things right.

    Cons

Townhall meetings where executives present their carefully rehearsed slides over WebEX once every 3 months misses the mark. It neglects to address the once a year review meetings that pay 2% increase to those sporting 60 hour weeks and praised for doing a good job, the closed senior management team who go through actions of team building with initiatives that get people working on task forces that never go anywhere, and the loss of great talent because the lack of ethical behavior of the company's executives required people to move on to more viable companies.

    Advice to Management

There is lack of experienced leadership and this is showing through as current management chases the greenback to the detriment of the human interest side of the company and birdened with red tape that has stifled innovation. As noted on all of the comments a focus on employees and transparency of information and decisions will go a long way to rebuilding trust and credibility among senior level management.

I worked at Bioclinica full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work from home option is nice if your qualify for it. The PTO and Holiday package is generous. Basically the only pros involve not being at work.

    Cons

Every organization is a skeleton crew. Every team has an impossible workload.

There is a high level of nepotism. Individuals are hired and promoted without any experience, just because they are sorority sisters with the hiring manager. The burden of training inexperienced and unskilled workers falls on an already stretched thin team.

Speaking up is frowned upon as it is deemed as a challenge to the system.

A majority of the HR team is cold and seems unapproachable. Also, there is almost no HR presence in the office.

    Advice to Management

The reason no one participates in the Princeton meet and greets and the employee engagement surveys is because people are either scared and/or they do not think it will make a difference.

Define the culture, develop a vision, and share information with employees. Everything is such a secret and the constant unknown with the constant transitions are extremely uncomfortable.

I worked at Bioclinica full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They had the money to buy leading companies, combine into one, and sell off as a whole with one huge profit. The high percentage of good hard working people that worked in these companies have been chewed up and spat out. Those remaining are within the clique. Time will tell whether the new owners see that they bought a lemon.

    Cons

Low pay, over worked, too much bureaucracy, lack of transparency., HR never there to help, no leadership, and no one will take accountability.

    Advice to Management

Get new management who care and listen!
