I have been working at Biolife Plasma Services part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

YouDecide is a great way to save on everyday life things and as an employee you can participate in the program. The opportunity for growth is amazing at this company. The job is easy especially for the medical industry.

    Cons

Standing on your feet for hours a day. The job is very repetitive so it can become boring. The pay rate is not great compared to other medical jobs that are available. The job only requires a HS diploma however they hire a lot of recent college graduates and current college students so this makes it impossible for people that qualify for the job to not get it. The atmosphere in general is not very professional.

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting people who do not posse leadership qualities into leadership positions, it makes a fairly easy job hard to do.

I have been working at Biolife Plasma Services part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment, amazing benefits: paid vacation at start, medical, dental and vision. Paid holidays. Everyone is professional and nice.

    Cons

Never leave your shift on time. I have stayed late almost every night since I started. If you aren't full time you don't get the benefit of overtime but feels like you work like crazy.

    Advice to Management

Make sure centers have enough phlebs to keep the center running smoothly.
