I worked at Biolife Plasma Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are amazing and they start day 1. If you want to get into phlebotomy, this is a pretty good stepping stone.

    Cons

The hours are really rough. You don't really get to pick a shift. You pretty much get what they give you despite the shifts supposedly being handing out by seniority. Hardly anyone carries their own share of the load, including supervisors. The pay isn't good at all.
