    Pros

Great management team, no politics and humane work-life balance. Great pay/bonus

    Cons

Small company and so if you like moving up, there's not much room for growth

    Advice to Management

Get a business development team and Expand!!!

    Pros

The partners are very open to flexible working schedules and casual dress is expected! Also, it is very easy to share ideas and information with colleagues to help complete projects on time and on budget. bioStrategies is in an excellent location in the heart of Chicago's Loop. There are many learning opportunities for analysts and consultants alike. They also help people take on as much responsibility as they can handle and generally provide challenging work opportunities. Finally, the senior team is very focused on providing a good mentoring environment.

    Cons

At times, the hours can be a little long, but 80% of the time it's fine.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job at informing the firm on short and long-term objectives
