    Pros

    - Friendly team atmosphere
    - Great hands-on experience
    - Ability to reach out to senior colleagues
    - Open-minded colleagues
    - Amazing company culture

    Cons

    - Account team organization
    - Intern program could be more structured
    - The evaluation process should be more frequent
    - Promotion process is a bit slow

    Advice to Management

    - Need to better understand time allocations across teams. The delegation of projects and amount of workload can be flustering at times.
    - Don't just delegate, involve yourself as well.

I have been working at Bite full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Opportunity to learn about marketing, not just focus on PR
Opportunity to learn about the behind-the-scenes business of running an agency
Very strong junior staff makes life a lot easier for mid-level managers and directors

    Cons

    Low overall morale
Lots of politics as big changes are put in place
Little attention paid to junior staff
Not enough direction or support from senior management

    Advice to Management

Focus on morale as the company evolves; go after more interesting clients

    I worked at Bite full-time

    Pros

Great people (if they stay) in middle management.

    Cons

Typical PR agency in the sense there's no structure or clear vision of what they're doing. Basics such as a vision or marketing strategy would help. The 'up for it' mantra is cheesy. Full of overworked juniors who quickly realise there is better out there.

    Advice to Management

Get some new blood in right at the top, who would make changes, butt heads and put some organisation in the place. Understand what you need and what your long-term vision is before hiring.

    Pros

I worked with Bite before they rebranded and became 'HyperText'.
They have a healthy mix of clients. The work life balance is good, and long hours are rare. The pay is reasonable good, as well.b

    Cons

The management in India is bad. Unreasonable and demanding. Plus, the team are way too small.

    Advice to Management

Screams and snarks don't paint a pretty picture.

    Advice to Management

"Management don't know what they're doing."

    Pros

As a PR agency, Bite appear to do some things pretty well, even if they're often a bit shambolic in their organisation

    Cons

... However, as a Content Marketing agency they are well and truly "winging it" - one of the most over-used phrases around the building! Their problem is not that they hire badly - many of the team there are extremely talented and have a fantastic attitude. However, management from the board varies from negligent to over-bearing to simply misguided - often ordering staff to do certain things, use certain programmes etc without any clue of what the alternatives are, why they might use them and unwilling to listen to the views of their staff. A thoroughly demoralising place to work, unfortunately.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the team you hire! Why hire them if they're going to have to "earn your trust" (to quote one Director).

I have been working at Bite (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great culture, amazing benefits, awesome team, great selection of clients, enormous amounts of employee empowerment, entrepreneurial ideas welcomed, ping pong table, beer fridge, nerf guns, breakfast BBQs, great social life, office dog.

    Cons

Not in the very centre of London, hours can be long, been through a lot of changes recently, tends to hire people who support Arsenal and like garage music for some reason.

    Advice to Management

Settle the ship after the storm.

    Pros

Really fun environment, lots of good energy. Client list also has some big highlights, but also some smaller companies that are struggling.

    Cons

The pay scale, bonuses and raises are sub-par. Tough to push through what you want.

    Advice to Management

Get senior leadership who will stay for more than 2 years.
