Pros
For those who are seeking for a new opportunity and specifically looking for a tech start up companies, Bizible is a GREAT place to be part of. I joined in Feb 2017 and I'm grateful each day for my job. What makes Bizible unique is the people and management. Everyone here is LITERALLY willing to help one another and with this environment it automatically creates healthy competitive culture. There are great perks being part of Bizible (free food, benefits, etc) and there's a reason for that. All businesses must do well and sell in order to continue businesses. My direct Manager (Jeffery) has lots of trust and faith in his team members and he lets you be YOU. be unique in your own way and go dominate
Cons
If you are someone who needs to have clear agenda and tasks written out for you, this may be a tough place. It's clear on what you need to do and your goals as an individual and as a team but how you get there is totally up to you. Nobody is going to push you and tell you what to do. So you have to be a self-starter person with high goals .

Great Company to Work for!
Feb 21, 2017 - Sales Operation Administrator in Seattle, WARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I love the environment here and the work I am able to do. I feel like everyone has a voice that is heard and that is perfect for growth of the individual, the company, and the product itself. Some other benefits are : - Lots of ways to get to know your coworkers from ping pong tourneys to bookclubs - Complete flexibility in schedule as long as you are getting your work done and accomplishing your goals - Unlimited PTO - Free lunches, snacks, and beverages of all types.
Cons
The only con that I really have is that benefits are structured for an individual. The employee gets free benefits, and each family member you add, you are paying market price for them which costs way more for a family in the end. I do understand that most people here are individuals though and that is why I believe it is structure this way.

Pros
I cannot say enough good things about Bizible! This is hands down my favorite position ever held!!! In terms of culture and employee development, Aaron invests in his team. He and his co-founders believe in the value each and every employee brings to the table. Lunches, snacks and beverages are provided on a daily basis. There is never a need to leave the office...and I never really want to! Work-life balance is phenomenol! I look forward to going to work everyday! It is fast-paced, team-oriented, challenging, dynamic - and the product is incredible!
Cons
I cannot hink of anything negative to say about Bizible. I think the only downside is the commute/parking. However, Bizible does contribute towards some of those expenses - and one will deal with those issues any where is the Emerald City.

Pros
I have been a Success Manager at Bizible for almost 6 months. I can say that the number one draw of Bizible is the people. My team is an amazing group of smart, talented, and genuinely helpful individuals. As a company, it is a significant "pro" that the product actually works amazingly well. The information I am able to provide my clients is a literal game changer. We use the product ourselves and it helps us maximize our marketing spend in an incredibly insightful way.
Cons
I would say any cons of Bizible are typical woes of a smaller company. Nothing that I haven't seen at other startups or small companies. We are growing and that always comes with challenges. And Bizible's approach to challenges is proactive and positive.

NullReferenceException
Mar 30, 2016 - Software Developer in Seattle, WARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Plenty of opportunities to learn new stuffs. The fast paced working environment keeps me excited and never gets me bored. I like the atmosphere in the dev team -- we always work closely with each others to build amazing features. The salary used to be an issue back at the times when I joined a couple of years ago, which was not surprising considering the fact that this was a very young company back then -- However, salary is no longer an issue now, which proves that the company is working hard to keep and reward talented employees. Did I mention the flexible working hours, excellent work-life balance? Coming in at 11am? Need to leave at 5pm? Not a problem. As long as you're on track on what's assigned to you.
Cons
None that I can think of.

Lots -Great product - our software genuinely helps marketers make better decisions and understand what efforts are generating revenue -Great people - from Leadership down to entry-level positions, we have the best people in terms of work ethic, personality, and attitude -Room for growth - this company is a great place to develop yourself as a person and professional -Unlimited Paid Time Off - speaks for itself -Paid lunches - Costco and a deli deliver food 3x a week -Company is growing - we're getting bigger, and we're getting better -Easily the best place I've had the pleasure of working
Cons
-There is a lot of change, as is typical with all start-ups. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, if you embrace change and are always looking to improve yourself and this company, you'll love Bizible. No true cons working here.

Awesome company, great team, great product
Oct 18, 2016 - Customer Success in Seattle, WARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I've worked at Bizible for 3 years now and I can honestly say that it keeps getting better. -Lunches, snacks, beer in the fridge. -Company events fairly regularly. -Great teams across the entire company. -Little micromanagement > You drive your day. -Everyone is always willing to help in some way. -Leadership is transparent and upfront.
Cons
I think with any start up you can expect growing pains, but all in all I don't have many cons to working at Bizible. -Career growth isn't explicitly apparent for all teams so you may be in a position that doesn't have a clear path for progression. However, chat with your manager and tell them your goals and they will work with you to get to that point.
