    - No help preparing for PE exam - Only 2 weeks of vacation until year 5, and zero negotiation - Very centralized to corporate - Over emphasis on billability, not enough on development/training - No community service days - Average salary

    Pros

    Great culture, ample opportunities for change in career, ample opportunities for training and development, and (generally) flexible managers to work with your life. Starting salaries are competitive and there is plenty of opportunities for promotions.

    Cons

    Communications can be slow or difficult to understand. There have many major changes in the company, including turnover in the executives and parts of businesses being sold, and the communications explaining these changes have often been confusing or generally uninformative.

    - good salary for my experience

    Cons

    - not progressive at all (i.e. can't have a beer at lunch/company-sponsored events, 2 weeks vacation for your first FIVE YEARS which is not flexible, management riding you about time off, sick time included in vacation time, etc.) - not good at training you - separate professionals do AutoCAD/BIM work, so you don't learn how to do any of that - disconnected with the actual workload you have - political
