Employee-owned company that operates with integrity

      Pros

Great work-life balance and the employee ownership model provides additional financial benefit and flexibility in 'big picture' decision-making. The company operates with high integrity and has a very interpersonal culture within the employee base. The company continually looks for ways to impact new markets while remaining focused on its current areas of expertise.

      Cons

As a global Engineering, Procurement and Construction firm, the stability and growth of our work is not fully within B&V's control. As client priorities and budgets change, B&V's workload can be directly impacted.

I never want to work anywhere else!

      Pros

Since we are 100% employee owned, my co-workers are always so willing to help out and answer and questions! The work-life balance is truly incredible with the 9/80 schedule. I interned here and then started full-time shortly after and I can't imagine ever leaving! I really do love working here and I can't recommend it enough.

      Cons

I really can't think of any cons.

      Pros

Diverse portfolio of business lines which helps B&V navigate peaks and valleys of markets and geographies. Significant investment in career development. Friendly coworkers. Commitment to safety resulting in flexibility during covid to work virtually. Diversity is an area of focus, hoping to continue to see results yielding from this including a diverse senior leadership / officer representation.

      Cons

Staff count is lean and initiative count is high. To keep up endless work hours will be required. Work life balance is promoted but hard to attain if you take pride in the quality of your work.
