    Pros

The people at the operational level are hard-working and dedicated

There is no opportunity for growth as the company is dying. They have a long history of bankruptcy and the employees do not get paid for about 3 weeks of work performed every time they close a store.

I worked at Black-eyed Pea (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Tips were decent, working with the managers and my ex- coworkers were like family. The food was greattttt. The work was just very casual, easy going, I enjoyed just about every moment working there. Now all I have is a bunch of great memories.

    Cons

I miss everyone I worked with, the fooddddd, my call tables, why did BEP have to run in a hole and leave, it was such a perfect restaurant.

    Advice to Management

Why did you not do more to save the Pea!
