    I worked at BlackBerry full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    You work a little, ear a lot!
    Working from Monday to Wednesday, 9AM to 5PM and 1.5 hour break time. Plus reimbursement for everything.
    Never mind about the goals, when quarter ends the manager do adjustments for employees receive their full salaries.

    Cons

    Manager director goes to the office only 3 days each 2 weeks, doesn't knows nothing about their employees but believe to be the best manager ever.
    No clear rules about how to drive tasks.
    A complete mess.

    Advice to Management

    If BlackBerry wants to be competitive in Brazil, is time all employees qualifications.

    I have been working at BlackBerry as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    You are the first people to be aware of the new phones, tablets etc.

    Cons

    Long hours and early starts.

    Advice to Management

    For training, it is baically a non-stop process. You are active most of the day, not even able to have a cup of tea.
