    Culture, location and market leadership. Collegial work environment of experienced professionals with a clear mission as fiduciaries to our clients.

    Cons

    Facetime. In a changing world driven by technological advances a heavy overhang of spending 50+ hours per week in the office remains.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to emphasize a culture of One BlackRock and a culture of communication. Having a clear uniform mission is empowering and gives employees ownership in the firms success.

    Pros

    Pays are relatively good. They are serious about technology and committed to technology. Even MAD level has good hands on coding skill.

    Cons

    Need to be very dedicated to your position. When taking ownerships for multiple fronts, your time management and multitasking skill become very important. Required very hardworking to survive.

    Stable company with lots of opportunities for growth. Great focus on using technology to create a market advantage and solve industry wide problems

    Cons

    You need to continuously market yourself, the yearly review process is mostly a formality. You need to work hard to get feedback and apply it.

    Provide more training opportunities and encourage certifications.
