    Reliable business model that works with many of the retail brands that you know and love

    Not a very stimulating environment
    Some of the grocery retailers are super conservative and not very interesting/fun to do business with

    Vision seems to change constantly in search of growth; market is mature, heavy meeting culture, pay is sub-par

    Pretty stable, relatively low stress

    Cons

    Lots of politics, no real innovation.
    It just feels like the place is stuck in a rut because no one wants to change anything because it would be too risky.
    Overall code quality is very poor.

    Advice to Management

    At some point you'll need to start taking risks again in order to be successful

    Easy commute if living in Pleasanton area.

    Very poor leadership. No clear direction. Constant reorgs with little thought.
