What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not. I’ve inquired about pay but it’s gotten nowhere.

Blackhawk gives you opportunities to grow and if you work hard you are going to be definitely acknowledged for it. You will also have opportunity to prove yourself and be awarded for your contributions. There is a lot of work to be done but the teams are united because they want to accomplish big things. It's a great place where to begin and grow and truly prove yourself and what you are worth.
There is a bit of disconnect between the teams and there is definitely a feeling of more training needed for new employees.

Blackhawk has some very talented people working for it and the company tries to take care of employees with a lot of extras, such as company-wide days off, unlimited PTO for US employees, and remote work. Managers tend to be good people to work with.
The company is made up of a series of acquisitions, which means no systems really talk to each other. Most systems at the company use silo-ed data and rely on heavily manual processes. There's no real incentive for product or technology to fix it because they're focused on developing projects to make the next big sale. Often times, what you think is a standard report with good numbers is actually just a manual spreadsheet maintained by a staff level employee and mailed out once a month. Blackhawk wants to be a technology / product company, but it actually operates like a CPG company.2

A chance to work with people around the globe
They've gutted their staff, don't provide adequate resources, can't stick to a plan for more than 6 months, can't deliver anything in less than 12 months, no career advancement, can't adapt and won't pay for innovation.

LOTS of driving, huge territories, short visit windows to get work done, some store managers are real jerks to deal with.

I really don't have any complaints. I relocated and so resigned from my position but I enjoyed working for the company and would recommend.

Long standing company True upper management is good Brand recognition
The engine stopped and customers are leaving with long term employees . No real passionate sales person in sales leadership that we see. No support for customer as it is the blind leading the blind. sham achievements to bolster productivity. Quota setting is based on zero recorded data. No efficiency added to process. no appreciation for customer or sales, no support. Less everything.1
