    Great company culture, stable business with clear direction and great senior leadership

    Sometimes teams still work in silos, but we work diligently to close the gap.

    Colleagues are great and make the daily grind less draining.

    Cons

    Relatively overworked and understaffed. There should be more people per department.

    Great environment with a very well established customer service culture

    Cons

    Even tough there are many positions available for the employees to growth, this are not fully establish on a career path for all the centers

    Hawk Incentives has an outstanding culture for learning. Managers focus their efforts to make you a better leader. Trainings occur that you continually learn. Overall great place to work with amazing coworkers.

    Seems to have slow growth opportunities. Constantly dealing with technological issues within the work business.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on building a culture of getting to know the new employees. Close the gap of being management and your daily workers.

    Pros

    Great co-workers, no micro-management, allow employees to learn other roles to help out when needed. Management helpful and understanding.

    Cons

    Weak upper management, very strict time-clock policy which led to loss of good production people, sale of company blindsided most management and employees

    communication, treat employees like humans rather than numbers in a huge corporation

    Great right-out-of-college experience builder. Get to work with upper management from companies all over North America. Builds your resume. Always new experiences and skills to learn from people who are ready and willing to help.

    Sometimes better communication between different department is needed.

    Good work life balance, decent benefits, friendly environment

    Compensation could be better. Politics, but guess it's omnipresent

    Advice to Management

    Seeing lot of good changes with new management. This is a good time to establish/reinvent Blackhawk culture. Please don't be stingy when providing facilities at work place or appreciating employees. Increase compensation packages and advertise the brand more to attract good technical talent.
