    Pros

    Great upbeat atmosphere. Open culture and lots of great people. There is opportunity to grow into multiple positions as the company is growing at a rapid rate.

    Cons

    Because of the hyper growth and very unique business model, it is easy to fall behind. The training was not always ideal.

    Pros

    Okay benefits lots of activities and company sponsored events.

    Cons

    Too many organizational changes happening. Several knowledgeable people are being under paid and under utilized which results in resignations occurring way too often. Lots of talk about good things to come but no improvement shown over the past 3 years.

    Recognize and compensate the individuals doing their job and accomplishing goals.

    Pros

    Work from home opportunity, laid back and casual work environment.

    Cons

    I honestly have no idea how this company keeps afloat. There is no organization whatsoever. When a client has a concern or problem with their campaign, there is no logging system to keep track of their issues and relations. You literally email someone internally, hope they are the correct person who can help, and cross your fingers that they will respond. Most of the time they never responded, therefore keeping clients waiting. Management is terrible. There are no training opportunities and you are thrown in with your colleague who has no time to train you nor do they even want to train you. I was harassed by a co-worker on multiple occasions and notified my manager each time. He did nothing. After I left the company I actually heard she got a PROMOTION. After working for several other companies prior to Blackhawk, I could barely take this company seriously. I was honestly embarrassed to work there.

    Advice to Management

    Implement policies and procedures. Train your employees and reprimand those that are harmful to your team.

    Pros

    Good benefits, environment is pretty laid back. They do some fun things sometimes for the employees.

    Cons

    For the cost of living in the area, they are not paying high enough in compensation. Especially if you are just a one person household. Morale isn't the best in the company. Recruiters need to understand how to recruit correctly, and actually listen and hear what someone is saying.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to step up and get more training on how to lead. Human Resources department can use an over haul, work on the ethics and morale for the organization.

    Love the people I work with.

    Employees pays the price for management's poor decisions. You must brown nose in order to get promoted. Hard work and knowledge is never promoted.

    Lose the Donald Trump ego.

    Pros

    Nothing positive over here wasting space

    Cons

    Managements is VERY VERY VERY resistant to promoting people within or if they tell you that you deserve it. Alot of brown nosing and people been promoting that has been with the company short term. No bonus or equity unless you are supervisor and above. Max pay raise for this year is 1.5% WTF!!!!!!!

    Pick up vibes with employees
