The company is located close to home. Probably some benefit in being part of Safeway but certainly not enough to have to tolerate this work environment.

Political environment, inexperienced management (especially IT), unfair treatment of contractors, terrible benefits. The worse company that I have ever worked for in my 20 year career.

The product is good, the evolution of the company is interesting, and the employees see no translation of it in salaries or incentives. Location is great.

Disrespectful Management. The work environment is harsh because what is requested to employees is to work without the necessary tools to achieve unrealistic goals. Partners are usually impressed about how tough is the treatment on the phone of some Managers towards employees. I have encountered unprepared Managers that were qualified to deploy their Projects and had a proven record of it but had ZERO Management skills. I have seen unacceptable behaviors of Management within this company. Human Resources does nothing to protect employees from inappropriate management.

They changed vacation to 'unrestricted' but really do not want you to use it. Inconsistency within groups about work/life balance, HR is assisting management to push employees out as jobs are being outsourced to Infosys. Company came up with initiative that was suppose to expand business process and efficiency while in reality it is cutting staff by pushing roles in major areas and establishing offshore. All while not telling the staff members who are being replaced so they pass along information to new teams. Sad sad place in 2019 There have been contractors that come in and leave within 30 days as they see true work environment. Be advised

Very helpful teams and very friendly environment. I never felt I am new comer just 90 days old in the company. Everyone helped me a lot. The project KT was very good and resources provided help me to understand the payment domain and my work responsibilities. BHN values their employees a lot and its clearly visible in the work environment and ethics of the company.
