    Pros

The passion, talent, and love for what we do.
    The company culture and atmosphere.
Great benefits, great parental leave, great incentive programs.

    Cons

Sometimes in QA we work a lot of overtime and have periods of crunch time that gets in the way of daily life and raising a child.

    Advice to Management

Keep on acknowledging people's hard work and passion for the games and the company.

I have been working at Blizzard Entertainment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The perks, dog-friendly work environment, a lot of autonomy, working with very intelligent people who are very passionate about their line of work. Blizzard Entertainment takes great pride in keeping the employees happy. There's not a lot of companies out there who encourage you to play games during your work hours.

    Cons

Performance conversations should be an on-going process (maybe quarterly?) instead of a one year appraisal. Talking about performance and evaluating potential merit increases are two separate topics from my point of view. I believe that performance appraisal is an outdated practice.

    Cons
