I have been working at Blommer Chocolate full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    . Lack of supervision .

    Cons

.12 hour shifts of hard dirty work. . It's super hot in the summer and your sweat doesn't evaporate inside building. . Heat rashes from all the heat and walking you gotta do. . Low pay for the amount of work they want out you. .lack of communication between management and employees.

    Advice to Management

Award based on performance properly. Show your employees that they matter. Dont be so cheap with the food you get your staff for the holidays, many people would prefer to bring their own meals when comparing to what you guys get them.

I worked at Blommer Chocolate full-time

    Pros

There are no pros that I can think of at this time. It was very bad working environment and horrible bosses.

    Cons

As poor quality work in any of the plants across the USA. Safety is horrible. To the point you don't know if you will make it out of that place alive every day. Bosses don't have a clue, shift supervisors couldn't run a 5 year old spelling be, and the owners are well unnoticeable.

    Advice to Management

Get you're heads out your butts. Look around and know what the employees want. Spend some time not thinking about the money! Get safer conditions.
