I worked at Bloomsburg University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A very flexible position for college students. It is a very friendly work environment, and you will grow as a student, an individual, and a professional with the skills you will learn in the Admissions Office

    Cons

You will miss this job very much after you graduate! Can be hard to schedule between classes/clinicals if your schedule is tricky.

    Advice to Management

Continue to train students before "letting them loose" to either other student workers or families on tour.
