    I have been working at Blue Apron for less than a year

    Pros

    Most if not everyone in the office has an entrepreneurial mindset. This can be intimidating at times, but it's incredibly motivating as most people are hard-workers. Benefits are okay, but the one thing that stands out is the positive environment. Everything is beautifully decorated & the company layout definitely has a nice flow. Working as a temp, great opportunities to advance are available if you're driven... enough to take advantage of them.

    The downside as a customer service rep. is if there's a lull in customer issues, you're often left with not much to do; your tasks for the day is based on customer inquiries so sometimes it can be a waiting game.

    Pros

    The team vibe is great at Blue Apron and I can't speak highly enough of my Team Lead. Everyone is very encouraging and helpful.

    Cons

    Customer service has a lot of cons as most people who call in are already furious.
