I worked at Blue Apron for more than a year

    Pros

Good pay, gives you jacket, food, water

    Cons

Rude HR employees, horrible management, sickining food

    Advice to Management

Clean up the HR staff, maybe go through more training, actually listen to your employees when there is a conflict on the floor. I was laughed in my face when I brought a sexual harassment situation to HR. MORE Training it needed for HR
