I have been working at Blue Apron full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    People and staff are great,

    Cons

Pay could be updated for dedicated workers above general associates

    Advice to Management

Company holds higher standards for runners, quality leads or supervisors now, but think $1 raise isn't sufficient enough to keep leaders continually to perform at above levels 2.25 ,and maybe more bonuses for supervisors now with a more mandatory work load than previous lead roles. This might even motivate more newly recruited workers to step up in there associate roles.

Fire everyone and start over! Hire people with class! Not ghetto ratchet. people
