    Pros

The agent looks after the customer instead of vulnerable ex-oil workers desperate to come off of job seeker allowance

    Cons

Not only did my agent not visit me during my interim contract with your firm (AS PROMISED AND DESPITE SEVERAL REQUESTS DURING THAT PERIOD) when I transferred to the clients permanent role your client tried to reduce my hourly rate by nearly 10%! I had to fight to maintain my rate issued by Blue Arrow despite the promise given to me stating that the rate looked likely to potentially advance to the top of the scale provided by your client! Obviously commission comes first for the agents and the branch manager at Aberdeen and not a bit of thought or consideration is given to the poor candidate placed in the recommended position!

    Advice to Management

Any point? Once Aberdeen picks up again I shall air my views in the appropriate, professional and relevant manner to the parties involved!

I worked at Blue Arrow full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very good pay. Easy to get the job but I don't know if that's a good thing.

    Cons

Absolute sweatshop, really very unfriendly and very aggressive. No respect at all. Health and safety means you can get fired for standing on a shelf to get something down. I got let go on my way home, and told not to come in tomorrow. I had to travel an hour and a half each way, so I was working 11 hour days.

    Advice to Management

    Have a bit of respect.

I worked at Blue Arrow full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pick the shifts that you want, however they may not give you shifts if they don't like you

    Cons

They only care about numbers and shifts they need to fill in, they don't care about your career. If you want a decent job, they will tell you they will let you know (you know they never will)

    Advice to Management

    If you promise work -
