    Pros

Good benefits and strong product and service. Professional atmosphere, clean work stations, solid training. Great brand name and company legacy.

    Cons

At times, excessive gossip among under management, more so than other companies I have worked for. Company has a "no gossip" rule, which is unrealistic and probably fostered by an excessively "tuned-in" HR dept.. Top leadership seems more involved in daily operational/hr matters, than industry/business related, with company direction and operational decisions driven more so by internal concerns than market/industry factors. Considerable downsizing over the last two years could indicate positioning to sell (speculation). And, turnover has fostered uncertainty among staff. Still, company legacy overshadows current short comings.
