Pay will always be wrong, its like they just hope you do not notice. They would like you to work for free. Or even pay them to work there if they could. Always trying to find a way to nickel and dime employees. Try to say its the best place to work. It just looks good on social media. People making decisions that have no idea whats going on in store levels. Blue Compass is just the next Walmart/Camping world of the Rv business. They sucked the life out of every dealers they purchased. Fastest way to get fired is work your life away and get promoted.
