I have been working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas | HCSC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I’ve been employed at HCSC Blue Cross Blue Shield for 45 days so far and I must say I am loving the experience thus far. I graduated earlier this year in May with my Masters in Training and Development and I was applying for a career - not job. This organization has many attractive benefits for anyone interested, especially, for a family man such as myself. Also, I wanted the opportunity to “cut my teeth” into projects to apply my theoretical background with some prior experience in training. I am already growing on the practical side with my team. In my role within learning and development, a team-oriented learning environment exist and no one works in silos. So far so good, helpfulness and respect permeate the learning space atmosphere over here.

    Cons

No cons exist on my end.

    Advice to Management

    None so far
