    Pros

    Work-life balance is better than any other company in the industry. Flexible hours, excellent/benefits and a friendly and open, team-oriented culture.

    Cons

    It is a large company and projects can be delayed due to data and information being spread across divisions.

    Have the appropriate access and tasks set up for the employee before start date.

    Great benefits, telecommute option, opportunity to advance if you have a good supervisor.

    Cons

    Management with no previous managerial experience. No checks and balances for unit supervisors/managers. Poor work life balance. Complaints to HR fall on deaf ears.

    Advice to Management

    Provide training for employees that transition into management. Monitor what's going on with individual teams. Look into HR complaints against employees, especially when there are several for the same person/people.

    Diverse organization that is passionate about employees career growth and well being. Supportive staff, flexible schedule, great location, and good pay.

    Cons

    Some of the systems are a bit archaic or slow and this can delay the process for contract executions.

    Advice to Management

    Internal processes for contract execution can be lengthy due to dependence on business stakeholders. It would be great to streamline and simplify the contract revision/approval process.
