I worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas | HCSC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Best reasons are the people which most are dedicated and have a passion for this company to be successful with changes to improve for a future growth and expansion.

    Cons

Perhaps, business groups manage their employees based on their staff relationships and political influence, and not necessarily the skills and talents which can add to higher value outcomes for the company.

    Advice to Management

HR follows each business group staffing processes, which may not be the industry best practices. Many departments do not have a standard exit interview to engage employee feedback.
