    I have been working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great opportunities and positive environment. Team is very energetic and the morale is good. Work/life balance is good, providing a chance to focus on what matters most to us.

    Cons

    Job can be slightly depressing due to the nature of the business. Members call with sad stories, which can be burdensome at times.

    Pros

    Have some reasonable insurance policies to pick from and give so much $ to you towards benefits

    They are not devoted to there employees as use to

    Advice to Management

    To much favortisum. It amazes me hard workers r let go and keep there specials. Good workers and longevity doesn't seem to matter these days all just #'s Sad as use to be different and great place to work.
