      Full Benefits and downtown Detroit location

      -Calls are none stop -Outdated corporate environment -Outdated technology -No transparency across departments when working cases which makes it difficult to resolve issues in a timely fashion. -High stress -You must complete a 2 year tenure in the dept. without any attendance or performance issues before you can apply out. -Company is rife with nepotism, so when you apply to another dept. your skills and experience have very little to do with the selection process. -The people: Typical corporate office environment full of grumpy people who hate their job but lack the ability to make change.
