    Pros

    The Association's IT Management in MD have been the best I've worked for.... both technical, down to earth, and effective Managers.

    Cons

    Being a remote location from the main HQ

    My job under the Ohi department has been a great experience for me. And to be able to work from home and be with my children was a major plus.

    Cons

    I really don't have any cons expect the rate of pay. I don't feel the employees for this company get paid well

    To the higher up management your employees deserve to be paid more.

    Very good company. At BCBSTX office, a lot of employee events and nice clean building. Good environment for employees.

    They do not pay reasonable amount as per work although sometimes workload is more.

    If your company pay more for more wok, employees would be highly motivated, would be more enthusiastic and would work more efficiently.

    Flexibility and opportunities. Blue Cross provides employees with new and challenging project to grow and expand their knowledge. In addition blue cross will grow its employees

    Be there is numerous systems it is difficult to learn them all. Advance to management can be difficult at times.

    Continue to grow employees and provide opportunity for growth and development. Provide proper training to all employees
