    Pros

    Contractors are paid well and there is a lot of work to be done. Sense of community between contractors.

    Cons

    They could treat contractors better. Some are very overworked while others sat there doing nothing and getting paid for at least a month. Pretty flimsy reasons for letting people go and little opportunity of getting hired full time.

    Advice to Management

    Provide better conflict management

    Helping in any capacity especially data analysis is the best way to help people at times like this. This company offers me the opportunity.

    Cons

    I am so far from my family in Maryland. Calfornia is great, but I want to work closer to home

    Listen to the workforce.

    should have been spoken to for first offense and not fired because it was a contract

    Pros

    My job under the Ohi department has been a great experience for me. And to be able to work from home and be with my children was a major plus.

    Cons

    I really don't have any cons expect the rate of pay. I don't feel the employees for this company get paid well

    To the higher up management your employees deserve to be paid more.

    Pros

    Good coworkers within the IT department.

    Cons

    Although I try not to notice these things, the IT department is heavily Muslim and they seem to form an 'insiders' mentality with all non-muslims treated as outsiders.

    Break down the walls regardless of race, color or religion.

    Pros

    Best reason to work at Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Customer Service Rep was helping and resolving problems with patients and providers. Love assisting customers with health related issues with claims.sometimes reprocessing the claims and explaining how there insurances policy work.

    Cons

    The downside was not being able to assist everyone with the amount of calls received in a timely fashion
