    Pros

    The company is absolutley great to work for. They care about their employees and they are on your side. As long as you are doing what you are supposed to and doing it correct.

    Cons

    The training is long and tedious. But it is to prepare you and it does.

    Great Benefits with a focus on health and wellness from internal sources

    Cons

    Poor management and highschool like mentality. Some of the leadership in the customer service area a group of friends who only prompt those who kiss their butts. The run departments when in actuality half of them are not even qualified to do so.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on the people who actually do the job and get their insight. Work on making morale and the work environment better. Understand that your human resource is the MOST important resource you have!

    Decent healthcare benefits.

    Lack of flexibility when it comes to vacation time or sick time.
