    Friendly, healthy culture that enjoys a nice area for walking and also has a wonderful cafeteria with friendly staff

    Work / Life balance is excellent

    Gym on site, not bad

    Great IT

    Cons

    Work from home limited to 1 day a week. Not bad IMO. Remote teams on some projects can be annoying

    Parking is difficult for people who work later shifts.

    Wonderful place to work. Team members are like family and organization really wants the very best for its employee.

    This company will develop and set a person up for retirement - Additionally, the professional environment is a huge plus.

    The only cons of this company - sometimes you may only promote to a limit and not be able to promote any higher depending on the area of expertise.

    Would be nice if they offered salary increases with exams instead of just bonuses. BCBSTX's study program is still very competitive though.
