Pros
How to start? I really don’t want to sound cliche but this company now really cares and listens to their employees, all thanks to a current head of HR (this wasn’t the case when I started). Company had drastic changes in the past year and I’m glad that it learned from its past mistakes. I had the opportunity to learn a lot about e-commerce while working here, and grow my support skills. Work-life balance can be great, depending on the position and the client you’re working for, compensation as well. There are also activities organized both by the company and their clients (such as retreats, summits etc.). Overall, looking at it now, if I have the opportunity I would definitely apply back to work here. Like I said in the headline, it was really bumpy at the beginning but now on the current wave of change, riding it, it was quite joyful and I am genuinely sad that the ride ended.
Cons
Sometimes things can take quite a long time to resolve where this is not necessary (issues between the client - company - employee) due to incompetence of some employees handling these conversations and also to add that they tend to give second chances to their employees (that don’t deserve it). To clarify the second thing, they act more as an empathetic human and want to find the best in their hires (which is a good thing), however, that also applies to people that tend to “break the system” as well, which isn’t a good thing. Previously when the company was still young there were more cons but now I can honestly say just these two as again, they changed drastically.
