      No pros at all, payscale, ok.

      Cons

      Overloaded with work, disgruntled, unpleasant employees. Horrible benefits, expensive health insurance, inadequate PTO.

      Okay but intense

      Pros

      I learned a lot at this job. Some positive changes happened within the last year. Pay is competitive for the area, but not enough compared to the cost of living there.

      Cons

      More focus on billing than provider well-being. Expectations of the number of patients to see in a day isn’t reasonable and leads to burn out.
