I worked at Blue Rock Partners full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Full time employees qualify for benefits, possible decent bonus structure depending on which property you work for.

    Cons

Terrible upper management... West Coast Regional only hires her friends and could care less how you get a customer in the door as long as they lease, even if it is illegal! Fires employees for illegal business practices only to rehire them back at a later date. You will never get a raise and unless you are friends with upper management, you will never get promoted either.

    Advice to Management

Better training, better senior management, better pay... Blue Rock was once a very family oriented place to work until the new regional came in a few years back and hired all of her friends to run the company. The trainers are awful and manipulative. Pretends to be your friend to get info. but is really only there to "spy" on you and rat you out.

    Pros

Most of the properties are in good locations, and curb apeal is kept-up.

    Cons

No overtime pay for any hourly employees. Uniforms are UGLY.

    Advice to Management

Respect and loyalty should never be a oneway street.
