I worked at Blue Sky Endeavor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Unfortunately I moved due to my husbands job but I love this company. The growth and opportunities provided were amazing. Not to mention my co-workers were my business partners and friends!

    Cons

My promotion went faster than others and some were more upset by this fact. I feel like they are still growing and still expanding and still learning. It will all get better with time.

    Advice to Management

I feel like the management does exactly what they are supposed to do. I have an unbelievable amount of respect for the management team. Thank you for all you have done!

I worked at Blue Sky Endeavor full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not a single one can come to mind unless you want to stand in a booth at a grocery store pushing off brand products

    Cons

Driving to all ends of Harris and surrounding counties to set up displays in grocery stores. Paid a flat rate fuel amount that doesn't begin to cover your fuel charges. You are paid minimum wage, with "earnings potential". Not a stable jobs, as many locations can be 30+ miles away. ZERO benefits. Once you reach "management", you are to go off and open your own office and build your own employee "pyramid".

    Advice to Management

Be honest with potential employees being hired as to what they are getting into.

I have been working at Blue Sky Endeavor full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working here at Blue Sky Endeavor has been such a blessing! I have had previous jobs that I would dread going into in the morning. This is the first job in my life that I am actually excited coming into work! Everyday is always something new and exciting! I am never bored or having to find something to do to keep me busy. I genuinely enjoy the people and environment at this company!

    Cons

It will keep someone very busy. If someone is not willing to put in the work it probably is not going to be for them. It is a very positive atmosphere so someone with a negative attitude will stick out like a sore thumb.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

I have been working at Blue Sky Endeavor full-time

    Pros

Everyone is friendly and willing to invest their time to help me with anything I need. Even the manager takes time to get to know me and make sure I am able to get my work done and my goals met.

Unlike other jobs that I had worked before, I can actually see where I want to be in the next few months and years, and how to get there. The opportunity is like no other!

    Cons

Anyone thinks they can get by with minimal effort, will not do well. Your hard work will be noticed immediately and recognized by everyone. Those that skimp out and rely on the effort on someone else should not work here. Even when I had some bad days I still received help.

    Advice to Management

Love the culture here, best I have ever worked in.

I have been working at Blue Sky Endeavor full-time

    Pros

Travel except you aren't compensated for gas.

    Cons

Pay is horrible. It was basically based off if management likes you or not. Even when I worked the same hours as my coworker, they gave them $300 more dollars than me. All we did was sell random stuff inside of groceries stores and everyone acted like were a Fortune 500 company. You are expected to clean out the store and take everything on your own at times. I literally had to call and ask my mom to help me take all the inventory and tables because I was left alone and it wouldn't fit in my car.
Also, it's frowned upon if you go to lunch.

    Advice to Management

    Do better.

    Pros

All employees are in their 20's or 30's.

    Cons

Its a pyramid scheme company. They call you with position there not even offering then when you go to the interview they tell you its a position where can be successful by setting up there merchandise in Sams or Cusco's.

    Advice to Management

Get a real job guys and stop trying to scam people who are really trying to get a job. The dumbest question asked was Why are you looking for another job if you already have a job? Think about it, it doesnt take a genius to figure it out.
