    Culture is good but very slow in terms of movement

    Slow growth and lots of office politics and favouritism

    Fast track career planning for new joiners is must and rejoiners should limited (too many in current scenario)

    Salary on time. Increments based on performance. Much more flexibility..bosses are very good.

    Cons

    Work loads are not getting equally shared. Bad culture towards third party pay roll employees.
