    Positive Outlook

I worked at Blue Wolf Communications for less than a year

    Pros

The people were friendly, the office was pretty nice, and the company paid for lunch each day.

    Cons

A lot of my projects were tedious and were mainly data-pulls and building media contact lists. I didn't gain much experience in marketing or strategy. The pay was only $250 a month for 8 hour work days, breaking down to less than $2/hr. Definitely felt a little taken advantage of pay-wise, but I needed the "experience.

    Advice to Management

Please pay your interns better and give them more valuable experience. For an agency your size, interns should have visibility and be included in brain storms and strategy sessions more, not just doing tedious work.
