We strive to provide an engaging employee experience that allows for professional development and growth, meaningful performance feedback on a frequent basis, and opportunities to achieve financial rewards. We remain committed to promoting a professional atmosphere in which the employee is able to work effectively. Your concerns are being discussed amongst the Lexington directors and Firm Leadership. Thank you for taking the time to provide your candid feedback, and as a current employee, I encourage you to reach out to me, or someone on the HR team, for further discussion so that we can ensure an effective response from the Firm and office management teams. Thank you for the feedback. I would like to clarify our parental leave policy. We offer 8 weeks paid for primary caregiver and 2 weeks paid for the secondary caregiver. You can certainly take the full 12 weeks as qualified for FMLA and we would encourage you to work with our Total Rewards Specialist to understand all options available to you. If you have questions, please feel free to give our HR team a call.

We are Caring, We are Responsive, We are Advocates to both clients and each other within the company.
Hybrid work environment sometimes makes it hard to train and get to know each other as personally. I prefer in office and always will.
