Thank you for the feedback. I would like to clarify our parental leave policy. We offer 8 weeks paid for primary caregiver and 2 weeks paid for the secondary caregiver. You can certainly take the full 12 weeks as qualified for FMLA and we would encourage you to work with our Total Rewards Specialist to understand all options available to you. Hybrid work environment sometimes makes it hard to train and get to know each other as personally. I prefer in office and always will.
