I have been working at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

On site contests and incentives for being healthy. Great training, except for the MBA Consumer Advisors training new reps. New people are only as good as their mentors. Most co-workers are great.

    Cons

The contests and prizes hardly disguised how awful and negative the environment and contempt are. Constant reminders of how replaceable you are.
